Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal is a secure, online website that gives you convenient 24-hour access to your personal health information at hahv.followmyhealth.com.

The Patient Portal is an online tool for patients admitted to Margaretville Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and operated by HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley. The Patient Portal also is for patients admitted to HealthAlliance Hospital: Broadway Campus and HealthAlliance Hospital: Mary's Avenue Campus.

The Patient Portal offers secure access to:

  • Test results
  • Care plans
  • Medication lists
  • Discharge instructions

It also provides other information related to your hospital stay.

Once you log on and review your documents, you may download or print them, and share them with your health care provider. This will eliminate time-consuming faxing and mailing, while offering more effective communication for an overall better patient experience.

Did you have a patient portal account through RelayHealth?

HealthAlliance no longer uses RelayHealth for the patient portal. Your information has transitioned over to the new portal with FollowMyHealth. Check your email for an invitation from FollowMyHealth to create an account. If you need additional assistance, call 845.481.7971
